Just a brief note. Street performing is HARD, y'all.

You know what's not hard? Sitting at a table with a book or my lunch, and a sign that says PALM £10 -- TAROT £20, and doing a couple of readings. Eating lunch at Kings Cross the past two days, I've made more than I have all week trying to learn proper streetcraft. (Yeah, new word: streetcraft vs stagecraft.)

The POTENTIAL for the street shows is very high, but at my present level of development, readings are more lucrative. So I'm going to do them to supplement my cash and to work when the weather doesn't cooperate. But the street shows will eventually pay much more, not just in cash, but in an increased power in my stage work. So I'm keeping at that.
